These vegetable cutlets are made with plenty of vegetables and health packed spices for a nutritious and healthy snack, main dish accompaniment or the feature of the main meal itself!

Ready to cook, simply pan fry or deep fry as you prefer, in hot oil till golden brown. Allow to cool before serving.

Try them as a veggie burger, serve them in a stack with melted cheese and mushrooms in between or use to dunk in some soup or curry.
