Ingredients

  • 500g of Boneless Basa Fish Fillets 
  • 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour and 1/4 cup of cornflour
  • One egg 
  • 1 tsp of ginger-garlic paste
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Oil for Frying
  • 1 finely chopped onion
  • 1 diced bell pepper (any colour you like!)
  •  2-3 sliced green chillies 
  • 2 tbsp of soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp of tomato ketchup 
  • 1 tbsp of chilli sauce
  • 1 tbsp of vinegar
  • 1 tsp of sugar
