→ Large kidney beans/rajma: ½ cup
→ Onion, 1 no., chopped
→ Tomato, 1 no., chopped
→ Garlic: 4 cloves, chopped
→ Cumin/Jeera powder: 1 tbsp
→ Red chilli powder: 1 tbsp
→ Black pepper powder: 1 tsp
→ Sugar: 1 tsp
→ Vegetable/Cooking oil: as required
→ Salt to taste 

For the Rice
→ Cooked rice: ¼ cup
→ Dried thyme leaves: 1 tbsp
→ Paprika powder: 1 tbsp
→ Salt to taste 

For the Fajita
→ Green bell pepper: ½
→ Red bell pepper: ½
→ Yellow bell pepper: ½
→ Onion: ½
→ Cumin/Jeera powder: 1 tbsp
→ Paprika powder: 1 tbsp
→ Salt to taste 

Other Ingredients
→ Tomato salsa: 1 cup
→ Sour cream: 1 cup
→ Cheese: ¼ cup, grated
→ Tortillas: 2  

STEP 1:
BEAN HERE, DO THIS → Prep under pressure:
Pressure Cook the large kidney beans or rajma in about 2 cups of water and salt for at least 30 minutes. Once done, allow the pressure to release naturally from the cooker and keep the beans aside. This ensures that your beans are properly cooked and ready to take on the flavours that are about to follow. 

STEP 2

Heat oil in a skillet. Add in the garlic and sauté till it softens. Next, add the onions and fry till they turn translucent. Then add in the cooked rajma beans and tomatoes together.
