→ Red chilli powder: 1 tbsp
→ Black pepper powder: 1 tsp
→ Sugar: 1 tsp
→ Vegetable/Cooking oil: as required
→ Salt to taste
For the Rice
→ Cooked rice: ¼ cup
→ Dried thyme leaves: 1 tbsp
→ Paprika powder: 1 tbsp
→ Salt to taste
For the Fajita
→ Green bell pepper: ½
→ Red bell pepper: ½
→ Yellow bell pepper: ½
→ Onion: ½
→ Cumin/Jeera powder: 1 tbsp
→ Paprika powder: 1 tbsp
→ Salt to taste
Other Ingredients
→ Tomato salsa: 1 cup
→ Sour cream: 1 cup
→ Cheese: ¼ cup, grated
→ Tortillas: 2
STEP 1:

Pressure Cook the large kidney beans or rajma in about 2 cups of water and salt for at least 30 minutes. Once done, allow the pressure to release naturally from the cooker and keep the beans aside.
