  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 2 teaspoons garam masala powder
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • Salt, to taste
  • Fresh coriander leaves, finely chopped
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • Bread crumbs, for coating
  • Oil, for frying
