Cooking Instruction:
For Deep Frying:- 1. Defrost the spring rolls & bring them to room temperature. 2. Take a frying pan, add oil into the pan making sure the quantity is enough to immerse the spring rolls completely. 3. Carefully slide the room temperature spring rolls into the hot oil, fry them till they turn golden brown. This should take 3-5 minutes. 4. Remove the spring rolls from the oil and place them onto a kitchen paper to drain off the excess oil. Serve hot with your favourite dipping sauce. For Air Frying:- 1. Defrost the spring rolls & bring them to room temperature. 2. Brush the spring rolls with a little oil. 3. Place the lightly greased spring rolls in the Air Fryer basket, spacing them evenly. 4. Air fry them at 180-200°C for 8-10 minutes, until golden brown. 5. Remove the spring rolls from the Air Fryer and serve hot with your favourite dipping sauce.
