Cooking Instruction:
For soft, fluffy idly: * Coat each mould of the idly pan with few drops of oil. * Fill each mould with this batter and steam it for 12 to 15 minutes. * Serve hot and fresh with our stone-ground, freshly made chutneys - Coconut Chutney, Mint Coriander Chutney & Tomato Onion Chutney - take your pick. You could also pair them with our Ready-to-cook curries to make a delicious, wholesome meal. For delicious dosa: * Add water as per your requirement. * Heat dosa tawa and grease with a little oil. * Pour a ladle of this batter on the tawa and spread it. * Cook on medium flame and flip the dosa till it turns golden brown. * Serve crispy dosa with sambar, our chutneys and our Ready-to-cook curries. Paddu/Paniyaram: * Add a few drops of oil into each mould of Paddu/Paniyaram pan and heat. * Once it's hot, pour this batter into the moulds. * Cook until golden brown. * Flip over, and cook till the other side is equally well done. * Serve it with one of our stone-ground, freshly made chutneys and easy, delicious Ready-to-cook curries.
