Cooking Instruction:
Before cooking, thaw the momos and bring them to room temperature Steam: 1. Prepare the steamer by adding 2 cups of water 2. Grease the steamer tray with oil and place the momos carefully on the tray, making sure the momos don’t touch each other 3. Close the lid and allow to steam for 6-7 minutes 4. Remove the lid slowly and allow the steam to escape 5. Gently transfer the steamed momos one by one to a serving plate 6. Serve the momos with the Schezwan chutney provided Pan Fry: 1. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil on a non-stick pan 2. Place the momos on the pan 3. Keep moving the pan so that the momos don’t stick to the pan 4. Make sure to fry the sides by turning the momos sideways 5. Serve the momos with the Schezwan chutney provided Deep Fry: 1. Heat up oil in a saucepan or kadai 2. When the oil is hot, slowly slide the momos in and deep fry them to a golden brown 3. Serve the momos with the Schezwan chutney provided
