Cooking Instruction:
Before cooking, thaw the Haleem and bring it to room temperature. Pan cooking: Heat tawa on a medium flame. Cut open the haleem pack and transfer contents into a bowl. Add 1 tbsp water into the tawa and then add the haleem. The water helps to prevent haleem from sticking to the pan. Heat the haleem for max 2 mins on medium flame. Garnish it with some fried onions, chopped coriander and mint leaves, fried cashews in ghee and a wedge of lemon. Microwave: Cut open the pack, empty the contents into a microwave safe bowl and heat it in the microwave for about 45 seconds.
