Cooking Instruction:
1. Unpack the wings, transfer to a bowl, scrape in the remaining masala, and mix well. 2. Heat oil in a pan, add the wings, and stir for a few minutes until the masala cooks and dries. 3. Add 150ml warm water, cook on low flame for 5-10 minutes until the gravy thickens and the wings are well coated. Serve hot with rice or roti.
