Cooking Instruction:
1. Unpack the contents and transfer the Chilli Chicken to a bowl. 2. Scrape the excess marinade from the packet and coat the chicken pieces evenly. 3. Heat up a saucepan and add 1 tsp oil. 4. Place the chicken pieces one by one on the hot pan and cook on a slow flame. 5. Once the pieces are slightly brown, flip the chicken and pour the remaining marinade on them. 6. Cook on a low flame for 8-10 mins until the chicken pieces are cooked. 7. Transfer to a serving bowl & garnish with chopped spring onions. 8. Serve hot as an appetiser or with your choice of rice or noodles.
