Cooking Instruction:
Unpack the spicy green chilli chicken packet to a bowl. Scrape off all the masala from the pouch and mix to refreshen them. Take a non stick sauce pan or kadai and heat up. Add 1 tbsp of oil and slide the marinated green chilly chicken mixture to the hot pan. Stir the mixture on slow flame and allow to cook the masala for few minutes. Now add 150 ml of water and stir well. Cover with a lid and allow the mixture to cook on a low flame for 10-15 minutes. Check for seasoning and allow to cook without lid if the sauceis too watery. Add some water if the masala has turned too dry. Serve this spicy chicken dish along with piping hot steamed rice.
