Cooking Instruction:
In a pan: Thaw the pack and bring it to room temperature. Apply some oil on a non-stick pan and heat up. Open the pack and transfer the kebabs to a plate. When the pan is hot, slide the kebabs to the pan. Keep rolling the kebabs in the pan so that it cooks evenly and doesn't stick to the pan. When the kebabs become evenly brown, remove from the pan. Serve hot with some mint chutney. In an oven: Thaw the pack and bring it to room temperature. Heat the oven to 180 degrees. Open the pack and transfer the kebabs to a plate. Apply some oil on an aluminium tray and place the kebabs on the tray. Put the tray in the oven and heat for 10-12 minutes. Remove from the oven and serve hot with some mint chutney. In microwave oven: Thaw the pack and bring it to room temperature. Open the packs and transfer the 4 kebabs to a plate. Place the kebabs on an oven proof plate, sprinkle some water and cover with cling wrap or lid. Run the microwave option for 1.5 to 2 minutes. Remove from the oven and serve hot with some mint chutney.
