Cooking Instruction:
In an oven: Unpack the chicken packet and transfer to a bowl. Scrape off any marinade remaining in the packet and mix with the chicken leg to refreshen them Preheat the oven and place the chicken leg with skin side on top on the oven tray. Place the tray in the oven and roast for 20-25 minutes Check the chicken for doneness and serve along with some buttered veggies and accompaniments of one's choice On a pan: Unpack the chicken packet and transfer to a bowl. Scrape off any marinade remaining in the packet and mix with the chicken leg to refreshen them Heat up a nonstick pan and apply some oil on the pan Slide the chicken legs on to the pan with skin side down first to sear the meat.. Turn the side and allow to cook the chicken on a low flame. Covering the chicken with a lid with some moisture would make the chicken cook faster. Transfer to a plate and cut into 2 pieces and serve with accompaniments of one's choice
