Cooking Instruction:
1. Peel off the top seal of the tray. 2. Heat up a non stick pan and drop 1 tbsp of oil. 3. Take a handful of all purpose flour on a plate. When the oil is hot, coat each marinated fillet of fish in the flour and place on the hot pan. 4. Allow to cook on a low flame and turn to the other side so the pieces cook evenly and reach a golden colour. 5. Apply the provided butter sauce on both sides of the grilled fish and serve along with some veggies and potato mash.
