Switch off the steamer, remove the Idiyappam and serve hot. Microwave: Be sure to remove all the labels and put the container with the closed lid into the microwave. Heat for about 1-2 mins. Serving Suggestion: Pair it with your favourite curry or gravy to create a delightful South Indian meal that’s as simple as it is yum.
