Jerk is a style of cooking native to Jamaica, in which Chicken Wings are marinated in a hot spice mixture. If you like spicy food, this dish will have your taste buds dancing in joy! Just like a jubilant West Indies team.

Cooking instruction: Unpack dish into a bowl and make sure all the marinade from the pouch is scraped into the bowl. Mix the ingredients well. Heat up a griddle/hot plate. Apply just enough oil to coat the pan. Place the marinated Chicken Wings on the hot plate and grill on a slow flame. Grill evenly on both sides. Don’t allow to cook on one side for longer as it turns black quickly.
