Cooking Instruction:
Defrost and bring the pack to room temperature before cooking. 1) Transfer to a bowl and give it a good stir to coat the pieces well. 2) In a non-stick pan heat up 2-3 tbsp of oil. 3) In a plate take a hand full of refined flour (maida). 4) When the oil is hot, coat each side of the fish with flour and place carefully on the hot pan. 5) Allow to cook each side on a low flame until golden colour. Serve hot along with wedge of lemon and salad on the side.
