Minced Lamb Meat seasoned with herbs and spices, shaped into mini patties. Hailing from the land of the current champions, this dish is a crowd favourite, just like the team.

Rissoles: Rissole is a small croquette enclosed in pastry shell, or rolled in breadcrumbs, usually baked or deep fried. It is filled mostly with minced meat or fish. Rossoles are of Portugese origin. In Australia and New Zealand Rossole are also called Burgers and are usually made with minced meat mixed with herbs, vegetables spices etc and grilled and served with a sauce or relish.

Cooking instruction: Heat a griddle or non-stick fry pan. Apply oil and grill the patties on both sides. Serve hot with a spicy sauce.
