Cooking Instruction:
1. Defrost the pack, transfer the prawns to a bowl, and scrape off any remaining marinade. Gently give it a mix to coat the prawns well. 2. Heat oil in a kadai and fry the prawns until golden, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking. 3. Strain the crispy prawns onto a tissue-lined platter and serve hot with lemon wedges and onion slices.
