Cooking Instruction:
In a pan: Apply some oil on a non stick pan and heat up. Open the chicken seekh packs and transfer the 4 seekhs to a plate. When the pan is hot slide the seekhs to the pan and keep moving the pan or the seekhs. Rolling the seekhs on the pan heats it quicker and doesn’t allow the seekh to stick to the pan. When the outer area becomes evenly brown remove from the pan and serve hot with mint chutney In an oven: Heat up and oven to 180 degrees Open the chicken seekh packs and transfer the seekhs to a plate. Apply some oil on a aluminium tray and place the seekhs on the tray Place the tray in the oven and heat up for 10-12 minutes Remove from oven and serve hot. In microwave oven: Open the chicken seekh packs and transfer the 4 seekhs to a plate. Place the seekhs on an oven proof plate, sprinkle some water and cover with cling wrap or lid Run the microwave option for 1.5 to 2 minutes. When the seekhs are hot transfer to a serving plate and serve with chutney
