Cooking Instruction:
* Heat up a non-stick fry pan and add 2 tbsp of oil. * Open the Mint & Coconut Fish Tikka packet and transfer to a bowl. * Scrape all the masala from the packet and mix the fish pieces to coat them evenly. * Place each piece on the hot pan and grill on slow fire. * Turn the side after a few minutes and cook both sides without letting it burn. * Transfer to a serving dish. * Serve hot along with some onion slices and a wedge of lime.
