Cooking Instruction:
For Pan Cooking / Grilling: 1. Defrost the required quantity of frozen kebabs. 2. Heat a teaspoon of ghee or oil in a non-stick frying pan over a medium flame. 3. Put the kebabs on the pan carefully and let them sear on both sides. Flip occasionally, use a thin spatula to avoid crumbling. 4. After around 8 mins, once the kebabs are golden brown all over, remove from the pan and serve hot with mint chutney. For Oven Cooking : 1. Defrost the required quantity of frozen kebabs. 2. Preheat the oven to 180°C. 3. Spread out the kebabs on a lightly greased baking tray and place it in the oven. 4. After 2-3 minutes, flip the kebabs and cook for another 2-3 minutes, until golden brown. Serve hot with mint chutney.
