Cooking Instruction:
Step 1: In a pressure cooker, add 1 tbsp of oil and 250gms of mutton pieces with bones. Optional: Add 1 tsp of ginger-garlic paste for added flavour. Saute till the mutton is slightly browned. Step 2: Open the gravy paste pack and pour the contents into the cooker. Step 3: Add 2 cups of water and stir. Close the lid and allow to cook, till the mutton is tender. Suggestion: Garnish with some chopped coriander and team it up with rice or roti of your choice.
