Cooking Instruction:
Preparation : Marinate 500g Chicken with a pinch of salt and 1/2 tsp of ginger garlic paste (optional) and let it rest for 15 minutes. 1. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a thick bottomed pan or kadai and add the marinated chicken. Sear on all sides. 2. Now add the masala from the pack and mix well to coat the chicken evenly. 3. Stir frequently on low flame for 10-12 minutes till the chicken is cooked.
