Cooking Instruction:
For Shallow Frying 1. Defrost the required quantity of frozen kebabs. 2. Take a frying pan and heat on medium flame. Add refined oil into the pan making sure the quantity is enough to cover half the thickness of kebabs. 3. Slide the kebabs into the hot oil, let it cook till dark brown crust forms on all sides. This should take around 10-12 minutes. 4. Remove the kebabs from oil and pat the kebabs surface with tissue to remove excess oil. Serve hot with mint chutney.
