Deliveries will be made on 24th Dec 2019 between 8am - 8pm
We will be picking the plumpest & juiciest Free Range Ducks (700g to 1kg), fill it with delicious traditional stuffing with Orange, leaving half of the work to you. Grill it or slow cook it, it's prepped and ready for you to add that finishing touch.

Cooking instruction:
Roast, Uncovered at 175°C for 2 to 2-1/2 hours or until a thermometer reads 85° in the thickest part of the thigh and 75° for stuffing, rotating pan half way through and tenting with foil if needed to prevent over browning.

Ingredients: Bread, apple, celery, onion, butter, egg, orange (zest & juice), seasoning (salt, pepper, nutmeg, dried thyme)

Storage Instructions:
Store under refrigeration at 4°C or below, in hygienic conditions
