Deliveries will be made on 24th Dec 2019 between 8am - 8pm
We will be picking the plumpest & juiciest Turkeys (1.3kg to 1.8kg), fill it with delicious traditional stuffing with Cranberry, leaving half of the work to you. Grill it or slow cook it, it's prepped and ready for you to add that finishing touch.

Cooking instruction:
1. Preheat the oven to 220°C
2. Drizzle the turkey with olive oil, salt and pepper
3. Start roasting uncovered at 220˚C for 20 min
4. Reduce oven to 180˚C and for each 1kg of weight, roast for another 45mins. Eg: a 1.8kg Turkey (including Stuffing)will need 81 minutes. The turkey thigh should register at 80-90˚C on the temperature probe, the stuffing 75˚C and the breast at 70˚C to make sure it’s fully cooked through, then remove from the oven. Cover in foil and allow to stand for 20mins in a warm place, before carving and serving.

Ingredients: Bread slices, butter, onion, eggs, milk or chicken stock, cranberries, seasoning (Salt, pepper, nutmeg)

Storage Instructions:
Store under refrigeration at 4°C or below, in hygienic conditions
