Cooking Instruction:

Open the pack and transfer its contents into a bowl. Scrape all any remaining marinade in the pack and coat the chicken pieces evenly.
For Pan Cooking: 1) Allow the pack to thaw to room temperature. 2) Heat up a non-stick pan, add 1 tbsp of oil, and swirl it around to coat the pan. 3) Place the chicken pieces on the pan and cook on low flame. 4) Flip occasionally to cook evenly and avoid burning.
For Cooking On Charcoal Grill: 1) Allow the pack to thaw to room temperature. 2) Arrange the chicken pieces on the grill above the burning charcoal. 3) Flip occasionally to cook evenly and avoid burning.
For Cooking In An Oven: 1) Allow the pack to thaw to room temperature. 2) Preheat the oven to 180 degree C. 3) Spread out the tikkas on a lightly greased baking tray and place it in the oven. 4) Roast it at 180 degree C for 12-13 minutes. Flip the tikkas and cook for another 2-3 minutes till it’s done completely.
Serve hot with a bit of lemon squeezed on top, and some onions rings and your favourite chutney on the side.
