Grilled Green Chilli Chicken (Half)

Prepared by our masterful chefs, this loaded-with-flavour chicken is free of antibiotic-residues and marinated with a generous mix of traditional spices.

Ingredients:
Fresh Chicken, Black Pepper Powder, Ginger, Garlic, Green Chilly, Yoghurt, Garam Masala (Cinnamon, Mace, Peppercorns, Coriander Seeds, Cumin Seeds, and Cardamom), Salt, Lemon Juice, Green Capsicum, Mint, Coriander Powder, Coriander Leaf, Turmeric Powder

Cooking Instructions:
On the pan: Unpack the chicken to a bowl and scrape the remaining marinade into it and mix well. Heat some oil in a non-stick pan and slide the marinated chicken into the hot oil. Cook both sides evenly on a slow flame until cooked.

In an oven: Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Empty the contents to a tray and scrape the marinade from the packet. When the oven is hot, place the chicken in the oven. Grill for 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees.

On a charcoal grill: Heat up the grill. Apply some oil on the metal grill. Place the marinated chicken on the grill and cook both sides evenly on a slow flame.
