Cooking Instruction:
Cut open the fish packet and transfer to a bowl. Scrape off all the marinade stuck to the pouch and mix gently with the fish to refreshen them. heat up a non stick pan and add 2-3 tbsp oil Spread 4-5 table spoon of refined flour / maida in a plate Dip each marinated fish on the flour so that the flour coats the fish on both sides When the oil is hot carefully place the flour coated fish on the pan Allow to the cook the fish on both sides turning sides with a spatula Serve hot along with wedge of lemon and a salad on the side
