Whole Wheat Parota: Heat the tawa/pan on medium flame. Cook one parota at a time on the pan for at least 60 secs, each side, with ghee. After cooking, place the parota on a flat surface. Use both hands and pat on the edges of the parota to separate the layers.
Royyala Pulusu / Spicy Prawns Gravy: Un pack the marinated prawn packet to a bowl. Scrape off all the gravy from the pouch to the bowl and mix to refresh. Heat up a thick bottomed non stick sauce pan or a kadai. Add 1 tsp of oil and once the oil is hot slide the prawn mixture into the hot pan. Stir for few minutes, add 100 ml of water, cover with a lid and reduce the flame. Allow to cook for 5 minutes.Check the salt and consistency of the gravy. If the gravy is too thin allow to cook without the lid for a couple of minutes more.
