Cooking Instruction:
1. Peel off the top seal of the tray. Heat up olive oil or butter in a non-stick pan. 2. Slide the defrosted lamb patties onto the pan and stir for a few minutes. 3. Add 50 ml of water and allow the mixture to boil for 5-8 mins. 5. Take off the fire as soon as you’ve reached your preferred consistency for the sauce. 6. Serve hot along with a crusty bread or buttered rice.
