Cooking Instruction:
Microwave: Remove the outer covers and place the biryani tray with the lid closed, into the microwave and heat for about 7 to 8 mins*. Pan Cooking: Bring the biryani to room temperature. Add some ghee to the pan. Then empty the biryani into the pan. Sprinkle a bit of water on top and cover the pan with a lid. Heat for 15 mins* on low flame. Serve hot with raita or salan. *Time could vary slightly depending on the temperature of the biryani before heating.
