Cooking Instruction:

Mix well. * Heat oil in a kadai or saucepan to deep fry the fish * When the oil is hot slide one piece of fish at a time into the hot oil. * Fry in small batches for a crisp coating. * Serve along with onion slices and lemon wedges.
