Cooking Instruction:
Malai Chicken Tikka : Thaw the frozen product (Keep out of the refrigerator for 1 hr to 1.5 hr). Apply some oil on a non stick pan and heat up. Open the mutton seekh packs and transfer the 4 seekhs to a plate. When the pan is hot slide the seekhs to the pan and keep moving the pan or the seekhs. Rolling the seekhs on the pan heats it quicker and doesn’t allow the seekh to stick to the pan. When the outer area becomes evenly brown remove from the pan and serve hot with mint chutney.
Mutton Seekh Kebab : Thaw the frozen product (Keep out of refrigerator for 1 hr to 1.5 hr). Remove the product from the tray. Apply some oil on a pre-heated Tawa/Pan, cook with a lid for 6-7 minutes, overturning the product at half time or till its internal temperature reaches 75°C or above and serve hot.
