Cooking Instruction:
1. Thaw the required quantity of frozen chicken tikka. This takes 4 hrs if thawing in the refrigerator or 45 minutes if thawing at ambient temperature. 2. Put the pan / tava on low medium flame, add 1 tbsp of oil and heat the thawed chicken tikka for 7-8 mins. 3. To maintain juiciness, sprinkle water on top and flip the tikkas occasionally till they are cooked thoroughly. 4. Remove from the tava and serve hot along with your favourite chutney. Serve with steamed basmati rice or naan. Goes well with cucumber, onion and tomato slices on the side. A little bit of lemon squeezed on top and fresh cracked pepper
