Cooking Instruction:
1. Heat 1 tsp coconut oil in a kadai or sauce pan. Once hot, add 4-5 curry leaves and let it splutter. 2. Add 400g Chicken/Mutton curry cut to the pan, sprinkle a pinch of salt and mix. Sear the chicken on all sides. 3. Now add the curry pack content along with 150g of water and mix well. Cover with a lid and cook on a low flame for 10-12 minutes till the chicken is cooked and gravy is thick. Serve with hot rice or parotta.
