Spinach & Corn bites, the word for small croquettes, is the perfect description for these Hand-formed bites of freshly chopped spinach and sweet corn, mixed with potatoes and a secret blend of spices that when fried, make a really delicious snack, meal or finger-food for growing palates. Ideal served hot with a raita or a green chutney.Slightly spicy.
Shallow Fry
Heat your oil till hot, and slowly slide each Spinach & Corn bite into the oil. Allow to turn golden after a few minutes before turning over. Drain.
Oven Bake or Air Fry
Heat your oven or air fryer till 180°C. Either spray each piece with olive oil, or coat with oil before placing on a lined baking sheet or air-fryer rack. Cook for around 5-6 mins, turning once till golden.
Store at 4°C. Return a damaged pack. Use within 3 days.
