Cooking Instruction:
Preparation : Cut open the masala pack and transfer to a bowl. Apply the masala on both sides of the fish to be grilled and let it rest for 15-20 minutes. 1. Heat up a non-stick frying pan or tawa and add oil for grilling. 2. Slide the marinated fish slices into the hot oil and grill on both sides evenly. Serve hot with sliced onions and lemon wedge.
