Cooking Instruction:
Kerala Paratha :Remove the product from the pouch. Place Paratha directly on a pre-heated flat pan (Tawa). Heat on low flame for about 3 minutes overturning the paratha every 30 seconds till the paratha is golden brown on both sides (For additional taste and crispness, add one teaspoon of ghee/butter). To make parathas flakier, pat edges gently.
Butter Chicken Masala
1.Microwave Method: Remove the outer shrink wrap and microwave the frozen product with a lid for 6-7 Minutes or till the internal temperature reaches 75°C or above and serve hot. Microwave time and temperature will vary depending on the oven
2.Pan Method: Defrost the product, transfer to a suitable pan and reheat to get product temperature to 75°C.
