Our hand made Sardine / Mathi cutlets are prepared with cooked sardine fillets, onions, potato and spices. The mixture is shaped, breaded and packed ready to fry in the comfort of ones home.

NOTE: Even though we painstakingly remove the main centre bone, small tiny pliable thorns on the fillet are part of the mixture. Advice caution while feeding kids.

Storage Instructions:
Always store in deep freezer at -18°C or below

Cooking Instruction:

Unpack the cutlet packet and reshape them if they have lost the shape in transit.
Heat up a pan with oil. When the oil is hot slide them carefully into the oil and deep-fry to a golden colour
Or on a non stick pan and some oil and pan saute to a golden on both sides.
